Bought a shotgun and Preston helped me get everything going with my background check. He was very helpful and easy to talk to and even got me a lot of information about the kayaks they have there for sale while waiting. Very easy going and great customer service!

A few weeks ago I got some good quality athletic gear for my daughters on sale at this location and scoped out some new sports equipment for the future. The cashier was having some issues because he was new on the job but that doesn't bother me a bit. He didn't have a bad attitude about it. Neither did the manager helping him. We all started a new job at some point in our lives right? The store was clean and well stocked.

They have it set up with box checked to subscribe to thier spam texts and emails. You easy pass it when checking out. Fix that and UNCHECK that "subscribe" to your spam. Next, get some runners reflective gear. They dont take up that much room. Last, I should have to say "I do NOT want a credit card" TWICE after I already said I was not interested to begin with. Be better, i use to love these places.

Christmas season and maybe 3 people working there. Item we were looking for was in store. Asked first employee - no idea. Second employee looked it up on his phone and didn't know how to find it. Went home and ordered on Amazon. No wonder brick and mortar are hurting. The 3rd employee was running the register with 15 peoplw waiting. Customer service is terrible.
