I truly love how much privacy there is and how comfortable I feel when I lift at Forge! I highly recommend them if you like having privacy or if you power lift! The only thing I wish they had is a smith machine, but other than that I absolutely love lifting here! The 24 hour access makes it really convenient when I have late nights, and you can connect to the Bluetooth speaker there as well!

I freaking love it hereeeeee!!! The gym has the best vibe and the trainers are amazing! Super dope people who hype you up but still hold you accountable. They give real, helpful advice and actually work with you based on your goals. You can tell they genuinely care. Forge Fitness feels like a place you want to show up to — not just a gym but a whole community. 10/10 recommend!

I have felt so welcomed by the staff at Forge from the very beginning. I joined the Ladies Lifting Program, and it has pushed me out of my comfort zone in the best way possible. The environment is raw, supportive, and empowering—you honestly feel stronger just by walking through the door. My personal trainer, Elyse, has been especially thoughtful and supportive. She challenges me while making sure I feel confident and capable every step of the way, which makes all the difference. What also stands out is the genuine care. The owner followed up with me personally to make sure I was enjoying the program, which really shows how invested they are in each person’s journey. It has already been such a great experience, and I can’t wait to see how my mind, body, and soul continue to grow and transform over the next few weeks. Forge is truly a place that inspires strength inside and out.

I recently joined this gym, and it’s been an absolute blast! The positive and welcoming atmosphere is unlike any other gym I’ve been to. Everyone is incredibly friendly, and there’s everything you could ever need for your workouts. The 24-hour access is a huge benefit for members.

I just started at this gym and I can’t put enough emphasis on how comfortable this gym makes you feel. The people who go here are all super welcoming and kind! I’ve been to multiple gyms and nothing compares to how this feels like home! I’m highly considering canceling all my other gym memberships just for this ONE! My personal trainer, Steph, is absolutely a God send to my life! She pushes me and makes me want to come back the next day! Never once have I ever had a PT do that to me! Love her!!
