This is a GREAT christian-based gym where everyone is treated like family. There is a variety of classes offered and different times to fit your needs. The owner is a great guy and plays a huge role in running the gym. Young and old alike are welcome to join classes. If you're not sure whether a class is the right fit for you, come and try it out for a day. You are sure to love it!!

Our daughter has been training with Marcio since she was 8. The level of attention is outstanding. If you are looking for a high level BJJ training facility, this is the absolute best you can get in Kansas. Marcio is very knowledgeable and you feel like a part of a family when you walk on to the mats. This is the place to be if you have any interest in becoming a BJJ practitioner. Simply the best!

This is the origin of BJJ in our area. Marcio Laselva is an elite black belt from the legendary Tozi in Brazil that just earned his 5th degree. There is literally no one in KS with a higher rank than him you can learn from on a daily basis, and his incredible competition accomplishments reflect that. MMA, kids classes, even karate are all offered here. The MMA coach is a former Bellator professional fighter that even has a 2nd degree black belt in BJJ himself. It doesn’t get more legit or authentic than this, bar none.

I took a chance by stepping out of my comfort zone and walked into this gym not knowing one person. This was one of the best things I could have done for myself! Though I’ve only been there 4 months, I feel it is my new “home” gym. You learn high level Jiu-Jitsu from the best instructor around. Staff are very welcoming and helpful no matter what level you’re at. All students have been super nice, helpful and respectful. Everyone is treated the same and pushed to do their best. (I drive about an hour one way to go to this gym... that should tell ya something!) It doesn’t get any better than Laselva!

The coaches are very friendly and helpful, they have taught my son self-discipline and even some self worth in a short period of time. Wonderful and non judgemental!
