Range 54

I’m from Germany and I came here for the second time today. I had great experiences both times! They have really high safety standards and made shooting a really fun experience for me and my friends! Especially our gun range officer Jimmy really took his time with us and showed us everything we needed to know. He also gave us some really helpful advice. The whole staff is super friendly and helpful. Would always come here again!

My 14 year old wanted to go shoot his rifle and the weather wouldn't allow us to go to a range outside. We decided to go to Range 54 and they did NOT disappoint. Tuesdays are a deal. Two people on the same range for the price of one person. The staff was very informative and friendly. My son had a blast, he wants to go back next week.

Range 54 is the absolute best range around. I have visited most (if not all) of the ranges in Wichita and Range 54 stands out! The staff is friendly and extremely knowledgeable! From the front counter staff, to the sales staff, to RSOs to classes and instructors, Range 54 is top notch! I have simply shot at the Range, taken classes, had personal trainings, group trainings, and put on 10 events with Range 54 dating back to 2019. Every time I go the entire staff is fantastic, especially Ken, one of the owners. If you are just looking to shoot, or wanting to learn how to use a firearm, or even take it up a few notches to serious training, Range 54 is the place! They can help you if you have never held a gun all the way to helping you become proficient with a variety of firearms. If you haven't tried Range 54, I can't recommend them enough!

I've been a member here for a few years now (even worked as a Range Officer for a time until a disability forced me to step down) and cannot convey how much I enjoy shooting here. There are too many employees to list by name, but suffice it to say Ken and Kerry have a top notch team. From the RSO's, to the sales people, instructors, cashiers, gunsmith, and ancillary staff the public doesn't meet, each one has always made me feel welcome and appreciated as a customer. Anyone who has seen/met me, knows that I shoot a lot! Range 54 has become my second home. I would implore anyone to speak with Ken or Kerry, if they have an issue there, prior to leaving a poor review. They take your concerns seriously, and cannot address them if not made aware of them. I'm looking forward to continuing shooting there for many years, and adding to the numerous friends I've already made here.

Attended conceal/carry class on 12/27/25 with Stuart as the instructor. He made the class fun but very serious at the same time. You can tell he truly loves what he does! I learned so much that I didn’t know. He covered the topics thoroughly. I would definitely take more classes from him!
