My dad is the best instructor out there. And not just saying that because I’m his son. My dad is the most honest and caring person I know. And he has the EXPERIENCE of REAL combat. He knows his stuff and he has been doing this his whole life. If you want classes that show you how to take care of real world situations that could potentially be life threatening then this is THE GUY! Also just a good place to get fit! No judgement here.

Best self defense out there! My husband who could barely walk from a horrible wreck found coach and started working out with him doing self defense classes. He now walks better, can bend better, and all and on top of it defend himself! He talks about this class all the time and how much he loves it. On top of that the coach and his wife have become like family to us. Even our kids who are homeschooled go and learn things. Now a days you can never be to safe and your kids can never be to protected! Thanks coach for everything you do!
