Coach and his wife are amazing people. They offer several different options in the gym. They work with kids and adults. Coach is loved and respected by even the toughest youth. Anointed Hands Boxing Gym is community oriented. He teaches respect, by giving respect. Those that go into boxing, come out champions. I absolutely respect Coach and Shedee. One of his goals is building confidence and self worth and he has all the tools to do it. Great atmosphere, great facility. Ample parking for classes and training. Good location on Front Street in Slidell. Location does have a restroom for participants.

Coming here is one of the best decisions I've made and it's the only gym I've ever been able to stick with. I started off this year wanting to get in shape and learn boxing. With Coach Dupree, I have been making great progress. He's a great coach, but more than that, the environment, conversations, and people make this gym wonderful. I love how the workouts are consistent with some curveballs thrown in so things never get too monotonous. Coach's wife, Mrs. Shedee, keeps it all running smoothly and always brightens everyone's day when she comes in. They have become family and I am always excited to go workout at AHB. Thank you guys for everything! If you're thinking about coming here, do it!

This boxing gym is outstanding! The atmosphere is energetic, welcoming, and perfect for all levels. The facility is well-maintained and has everything you need to train hard. What makes it truly special is the coach,Coach Dupree,. he is knowledgeable, motivating, and genuinely passionate about helping everyone grow. Whether you're just starting out or looking to level up, you'll get real guidance, support, and results here. Highly recommend to anyone serious about boxing or just wanting a great workout.

My son started boxing classes at Anointed Hands Boxing LLC in December. We started with 2 classes a week, and now we are at 3-4 classes a week. Going to Anointed Hands has been hands down the best INVESTMENT I have ever made for my son. I would HIGHLY recommend anyone; boys, teenagers, even grown men. Since my son started the gym; he isn't angry like he was , Coach Dupree has made a huge impact on my son , and after every class my son leaves the gym worn out and ready for bed. This place has been a life changer for my son and I. We don't live in Slidell but the 30 min drive I make 4x /week is more than worth it. Mr. and Mrs. Dupree and all assistant coaches have been absolutely amazing and the healthy/positive environment they have created for our community. My icing on the cake about this place is they instill morals in these young boys and girls. I would like to say thank you AHB family for giving and teaching my child guidance, discipline, and self control. P.S YALL ROCK
