My trainer Lundi, awesome! She helped me with my form, pushed me passed my limit and made sure I was okay the whole way through! Love herrr down! She will not let you cheat her out any sets either lollll, she makes sure you get the full workout experience so that you can confidently, reach your goals! I strongly suggest her!! The gym is also spacious with welcoming staff and so many great things included! If you’re not here, then where you at!?

This gym is TOP TIER, the staff is amazing and friendly! It is always clean !! Kennidi is soo SWEET and very knowledgeable , I love her, she's definitely a girls girl!!! My trainer Lundi is amazing. I asked her to push me past my limits and she did just that! Satisfaction: 100/10

Best gym I have enjoyed in years! Good space, hydromassage - had to pay extra at Planet Fitness, friendly and helpful staff, exceptional personal trainers and the very best and different equipment. Classes have started. So excited. Planet Fitness doesn't hold a candle to this wonderful and convenient gym. Will be a member until death!😅🤣

I switched from ochsner fitness to this gym and I am so glad I did. Im saving a ton of money by going to crunch and the facility is clean and there's tons of space. They have a sauna! It does have an on an off button so make sure you push that while you get ready for the sauna so it's warm by the time you get in. I love this gym. Its never been super busy while I'm there which is nice. They also have free good quality gym bags, water bottles, and t shirts for new members. Lots of punching bags. The HIIT area is amazing. Nothing but good stuff so far with this gym. Thanks crunch!

These people have representatives in Oakwood Mall signing people up without explaining the cancellation policy. My daughter paid signed a contrast on February 24, 2026 called to cancel the contract on February 28, 2026 due to the representative not explaining the cancellation policies. On the phone I was told in order to cancel the contract I would have to go into the gym and pay 15.00 plus the next month fee. I got to the gym the assistant manager told me I would have to pay 148.00 to cancel the contract. It has been 3 working days and I have to pay 148.00 to cancel a contract. My daughter has not visited the gym nor used any equipment in the gym and has to pay 148.00. Do not sign any contracts with these people.
