I train up in Shreveport, and called to see if I could pop in and cross train while being down south. They were so welcoming and super knowledgeable. Very legit gym and very detailed on explanations. I’d rate them higher if I could, 10/10 recommend!!

I’ve been training at Gracie United - Team Juaco Chalmette for about a month now and I’m loving it. I can already feel a real difference in my cardio and overall conditioning. Even when I’m rolling with people half my age, I always feel safe and looked after. Professor Matt is really attentive and makes sure everyone is training smart and safely, which I truly appreciate. I also enjoy getting there early and watching the younger kids train. They’re learning, staying active, and having fun at the same time—it’s a great environment. Solid coaching, positive vibe, and a place that feels welcoming from day one. Highly recommend.
