I did a drop in class with my friend Devin while visiting during my spring break. I had a BLAST. I have never done any form of MMA and would not describe myself as the least bit athletic. The overall atmosphere was welcoming and friendly. The instructor was Ryan and he is phenomenal. He explains and demonstrates things very well in addition to being encouraging and giving excellent feedback (I’m an expert at knowing when people do these things well as I am a high school math/special education teacher 😁). I highly recommend this gym. I had a great time and felt so empowered after the class.

Dropped in from out of state. It's not easy for a 5 foot 100 pound 50+ year old woman to not only feel comfortable but welcome in a group of men. Everyone was kind and Ray explained things to me that had been explained to me before - but in a way that helped me understand the purpose/the why. I am looking forward to bringing some of these tips home so I can elevate my practice.

I dropped in while I was in town. It was a small Fri class, so we got more attention from the instructor, Ray. He blew my mind with some concepts and showed us some cool techniques, and was very patient when I kept doing it wrong 😂 🤙

Cool place. Was greeted by an instructor “Woods”, he was incredibly helpful. Instruction was solid. We went over several techniques from knee on belly and side control escapes and submissions. Everyone I met was super cool and helpful. Will definitely try to drop in again when back in town.

What is the monthly fee? Do you speak Spanish? And do you accept anyone? I want to train.
