I only go here for eskrima. Did 3 classes this week and the instructor, James Wilson, is great! Although, I wish the schedule for weekdays started earlier. As well as adding more classes for the weekend.

Fantastic facility with even greater staff. I put on 15 pounds in 2 months with a trainer named Scott. I've tried every gym in New Orleans and this one is easily the best.

Everybody beat me up. 10/10, definitely going to attend classes regularly. . . On a serious note, everyone was friendly and willing to teach a newbie. Matthias is very nice, patient, and a great instructor. Highly recommend to anyone interested in learning a martial art or sport.

This is THE MMA and Brazilian jiu jitsu organization of the area. The class selection and times are second to none because there are four schools to choose from! Matthias is the most down to earth guy you could expect. Come in with rage, stick around, and notice your rage turn to zen and acceptance of whatever life faces you. Thanks Matthias for starting all this. Has changed my life.
