My oldest son goes here and loves it! They work very well with kids. They understand that they are just children but they don't let them get away with anything either! Exactly what I would hope for. He seems to be learning a lot and I'm very proud of his progress! Thanks Eric and team

When I first walked in, I was looking for a way to break up the days spent at a desk, and help counteract the client lunches and cocktail dinners. Over a year later and I found a passion, my health is better than ever, flexibility, strength and endurance have all improved. There is a since of family at brunswick martial arts academy. A bond amongst the members, and Eric keeps his gym immaculate. He understands that we all have lives, outside of the gym. He is willing to work with you and has a program for all ages and all fitness levels. He once said, "the most important belt you will ever earn is your whute belt. Because it means you got off the couch and started doing something" So get off the couch, and head over. They have two rooms full of free weights and machines, clean restrooms, lockers, and multiple training areas with mats cleaned several times a day

I watched my father change his life here. I had never known him to be as healthy and self disciplined and sharp, not as an adult. The look in his eyes became younger amd sharper and more socially and self aware. I rolled with him for a bit, until my living location made it impractical for me to continue to practice. My father earned hos purple belt in BJJ and orange in the one that sounds like “Kempo” . Thank you for giving me that experience, we miss him very much. - Joel Jr

My daughter and I recently observed a few classes at BMA Academy. We were super impressed with the whole operation - the facilities, the teachers/instructors, the students and the overall passion of everyone that we spoke to. My whole family highly recommends BMA!
