The studio is beautiful, affordable, and exactly what our community needed for infrared workouts. I absolutely love it here. I feel amazing and healthy and happy. Whenever I see Paige she is always so encouraging and fun and supportive. This place is wonderful and you should absolutely try it.

HOTWORX Portland is truly an amazing gym experience! Katrina and Robbie are so caring, welcoming, and supportive—they make you feel comfortable from the moment you walk in. The gym itself is always pristine clean, and the atmosphere is motivating yet relaxing at the same time. The infrared workouts are unlike anything else—challenging but effective, and you leave feeling stronger and refreshed. The membership cost is absolutely worth it for the quality of the workouts, the clean facilities, and the outstanding staff. If you’re looking for a gym that truly values its members, this is the place to be!

Hotworx is amazing and has changed my life and health. Since committing to my health and fitness journey, I've dropped over 70lbs! This one of the best things I've done for myself and worth every penny. It's very reasonably priced and the staff is amazing as are the owners. Some of my biggest cheerleaders in my journey. I can’t say enough good things about HOTWORX Portland! The workouts are such a unique experience—stepping into the infrared sauna, getting an amazing sweat in, and walking out feeling like a whole new person. The sessions are quick, but you truly feel them working, and I love how flexible it is being open 24/7. The studio is always spotless, the vibe is super welcoming, and it never feels intimidating—just motivating. Every time I leave, I feel stronger, calmer, and proud that I showed up. On top of that, the owners genuinely care about creating a positive space for people to hit their goals, and it really shows. They’ve built something special here in Portland, and I feel lucky to have it close by. If you’re even a little curious, just give it a try—you’ll be hooked like I am!
