I’ve been training with Sasha for the past year and have really seen some gains. I came to him with areas that I wanted to grow and become stronger in and he tailored a work out plan for me that matched what I needed and also helped me tweak my technique and form so that I was doing the workouts correctly. The space provided is a great area for a one on one training session, with enough room to move around and get active. He provided all the free weights and equipment, I just had to show up and put the work in! He’s also a great motivator and cheerleader and pushes you so you can achieve your goals all while keeping you on track!

I recently joined Sasha's boxing fitness program, and I can't say enough good things about it! From the very first class, I felt welcomed and encouraged. Sasha is an incredible trainer who brings a perfect mix of energy, expertise, and motivation. The workouts are challenging but incredibly rewarding, and he ensures that every participant, regardless of experience level, gets the attention and support they need. What I love most is that Sasha tailors the exercises to push me out of my comfort zone while also emphasizing proper technique and form, which has been key to my progress. The classes are always dynamic and never boring, with a great mix of cardio, strength, and skill-building. Plus, the positive atmosphere in the group makes it feel more like a community than just a workout. I've already noticed improvements in my strength, stamina, and boxing technique, and I look forward to every session. Sasha’s juices are hands down the best I’ve ever had! There are no added sugars or ingredients other than what is written on the bottle as well as ALL ORGANIC. My personal fav is the pear, turmeric and pineapple but rest assured the spinach, ginger and apple as well as the watermelon, mint and basil are exceptional. You cannot go wrong with these juices!
