I've been training at SH/FT with Natalie for 3+ years now and it has been the best fitness experience I've ever had. I came to SH/FT in a bit of a rut with my workouts. I was working out on my own, attempting to lift and build strength, but every time I felt I was making progress, I would tweak or pull something and regress. Not only has working out with Natalie helped me achieve strength gains I never would have achieved on my own, it has kept me healthy, and reshaped my view of what I can accomplish. While Natalie's programming is always challenging, I look forward to my workouts with her. The gym itself is bright and clean, and all the trainers are friendly and welcoming. I would recommend SH/FT to anyone looking for a committed team of trainers and a welcoming place to workout.

I've belonged to numerous gyms over the years, but what sets Shift apart from the competition is the level of personal attention, dynamic workouts, beautiful space, and community that Shift has attracted. I love that each workout - while challenging - is always fun. Tom and Rebecca are both incredibly talented trainers, and work very closely with each member - regardless if it's a personal training session or group class. If you're a beginner looking to get in shape, or a serious athlete - Shift is the gym for you.

Shift is such a great place to workout. I’ve been training with Kait for close to 3 years now, but have also had experience with a few other trainers (and can honestly say they are all great). Everything there is really nice and modern and the gym has a great vibe/nice music playing. There’s peletons, rowers, and all the other machines and equipment you could need to get really fit. 10/10 reccomend.

I work out with Colleen at Shift - I love my sessions with her! My workouts are always different and Colleen has great encouraging energy. I have seen such a difference in my core and strength since starting. I love how clean and minimal the gym is & how private my workouts are. The staff is always friendly! Parking is easy to find and I love that they have a full bathroom set up with amenities for the mornings I’m in a hurry. I would absolutely recommend adding training at Shift to your routine!

I have been working out at Shift for the past two years and have been beyond impressed with the total dedication and intense personal focus of the trainers there. I have had knee issues for most of my adult life and have worked out with other trainers over the years but the experience at Shift is totally different. Each training session is personally crafted just for my specific alignment and structural issues and my knee and total body feel the strongest and healthiest that I have felt in years. The gym is clean, bright and well equipped but the special sauce is the professionalism, attention to detail and kindness of the trainers: Tom, Rebecca, Mitch and Kate
