Activate Body is hands down the best training experience I’ve ever had. The coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging, and genuinely invested in helping every member reach their goals. I’ve been with Activate Body for three months and I can honestly say joining has been one of the best things I’ve ever done for myself in my fitness journey. The community that exists here is very welcoming. The trainers are able to adjust each exercise to individual needs while still maintaining the group experience. Each workout lasts 45-50 minutes and I always leave feeling pushed, but amazing. I feel I’ve experienced more growth during my time here than if I was unsupervised in a traditional gym. Highly recommend this team!

Activate Body isn't just a gym, it's a community. Small group session sizes (never more than 6) that focus on strength training in a fun and nonjudgemental environment. I love how, while these may be group sessions, each workout is altered to fit my individual needs. Each trainer pays attention to what my body is capable of. Appropriate substitutions are made that allow me to safely push myself without overdoing it or re-injuring myself (bad hip club over here). I love how the trainers always make sure I'm doing each exercise correctly. When my form is being corrected, I never feel called out or embarrassed. This has been a problem for me in the past with other trainers at different gyms. I've never really enjoyed working out, but I always look forward to attending sessions at Activate. Not only are the trainers great, the other members really help make each class feel like a community event and not a chore we are trying to get through. Not only are strong bodies made here, so are friendships. Highly recommend reaching out, even if it's just to chat with one of the trainers during a strategy session. You won't be disappointed in making that first step.

Love, love, love the team at Activate Body! I've been a member for almost a year and it continues to be fun, challenging and very motivating. Not only are the trainers great but the entire AB community is welcoming and supportive.

I enjoyed the personalized assessment and love the small class size. I’ve seen great improvement in strength and flexibility in the past few months. The instructors are personable and make sure you conduct the exercises with correct form. The background music is never too loud!
