I was in the area for a few days for the holidays and asked to stop by to train. Jesse was very communicative and let me train for free and borrow gear since I didn’t have room to pack all of my own. Everyone at the gym was very kind, and it was wonderful to get good instruction in a new place from a new coach. I’m excited to take what I learned back to my home gym, and I will continue to ask to drop in here when I visit family in the future.

Great coaches & friendly peeps! Learned more in my first 3 days at this gym than all the classes I’ve taken before. They’re efficient in teaching technique, explaining the reasoning for each move/combo, and drilling that. Best gym I’ve been to so far for Muay Thai.

As the proud cleaning company for AMT Muay Thai Gym, we at T&IL Cleaning Services LLC., take great care in keeping the gym in top shape every week! Every Monday, we make sure to thoroughly disinfect and clean all the bathrooms, floors, carpets, hardwood, mats—everything! We clean the entire entrance and lobby area where parents wait, and the locker rooms get our full attention as well. The mats are always sanitized and spotless, ready for safe training. We can confidently say that AMT is a 100% safe and clean environment, perfect for practicing Muay Thai and Jiu-Jitsu, making health and safety a top priority. Oh, and we can’t forget to mention—we absolutely love their dogs! They’re the cutest and always brighten our day.

My 3 kids had the blessing to find this gym a year ago, coaches are kind, respectful, supportive and most of all, they are mentors! The gym splits in 2, “red area” striking and “black area” bjj, every time I saw the doggies they are on the striking area, and truly as a dog lover I’ve never ever seen these furry friends bothering any of the kids, in fact, the kids love them, pet them and take care of them. This is a pet friendly place and as soon as you get in you can tell so if you don’t like pets I feel won’t be a good fit for you. The “aggressive/massive pit bull” is a sweet boy, he will just walk around and be with the kids as a supportive dog which in fact many studies proved that they can be more effective to motivate kids than the parents who sometimes will sit there and without paying attention to their kids while training. The bathrooms are always clean, they have notes for the kids in order to keep them clean as well, the floors are clean, people sweat yes but is a gym, and gets disinfected properly. I’ve belong to CrossFit where pets and customers kids are around and everyone trains as usual, is just a big family, AMT do same here. The bjj area is always clean, they have a little vendors table with great products too, benches are clean, mat is clean but most importantly kids are safe and they are having fun with these great coaches which btw use the last 5 minutes of class to make the kids play or even talk about bullies and how to defense themselves or the little ones. I have no more than kind words for this gym.
