Working with Dai these past couple of months has been incredible. He is by far the best instructor I’ve found to work one on one with...patient, but always pushing you in each session. He offers group classes twice per week as well. If you’re in the area and interested in learning martial arts, this is the place to go.

Truly fabulous instruction! Dai wants to know what you want to learn, which makes learning here a genuinely collaborative experience where the student has the agency to determine where their education will go. Furthermore, Dai is lighthearted, fun to work with, and a veritable wealth of knowledge!

Dai is a excellent teacher. I enjoy learning at this school and feel comfortable learning with the other students. Learning practical self defense through Xing Yi Kung Fu is great and the sword class is also a lot of fun and good to learn!
