I loved my first yoga experience at BIOMA and highly recommend them to everyone. My instructor Niela, was very pleasant and kind. She’s very knowledgeable. She took the time to explain how to perform the poses and the benefits. The class was very enjoyable. Bioma’s atmosphere of relaxing music and the ambience of the Dojo will put you at ease to have fun while getting physically fit.

Excellent martial arts school. Very highly recommended. Warm and inclusive environment. Top-notch instructors in a range of martial arts, including Aikido, Brazilian Jujitsu, Escrido (a Filipino martial art), and Iaido (a Japanese sword-drawing martial art that is rarely taught in the US). Also, classes in yoga. I have been a student at the school for three years and feel very fortunate to live conveniently close to the school. The school is located in a residential area and the beautiful dojo is clean and well maintained. I especially recommend classes with Sensei Ebon, an experienced educator, who teaches Iaido and Aikido.

B.I.O.M.A., real world modern applications of ancient martial arts and other holistic practices. I have trained with all of the gifted senseis and yoga instructors, some of them since the late 1980's. The systems of training affords room for expression of each practitioner. It has allowed me to test the principles by taking what I have learned to a multitude of dojos and test my metal. I will be returning soon to continue my training .All ages, creeds, and cultures are welcome.🙏

I take the BJJ/Judo classes. This is my 2nd time getting into the craft and it's by far the beat instruction I've received. Classes are challenging, but the Sensei Wayne and Team Connexions are a big family so we push through together. Makes it all worth while.
