Having practiced martial arts for over 30 years, I can honestly say this gym stands out in every way. It truly captures the heart of martial arts while maintaining an incredible level of professionalism and care for its members. The family atmosphere, top-tier training, and lifelong friendships make it something special. Highly recommend. All my kids train here.

In the first visit I quit my big-box-gym membership. So much support as a newbie ! I was supported and inspired to keep going! I go at least 3 times a week and my husband 4 times a week for a solid 12 weeks. I have never felt more powerful and strong!

Great gym, great instructors, and great people. The programs are very structured with the ability to know where you are skill wise and the path to progress to the next level. Everyone’s also very supportive of one another here. My son wanted to start training so it got me motivated to join as well. I checked out a lot of gyms in the area and thought Conquest had the best program so we signed up. Best decision I’ve made in awhile.

Started my membership within the past year and so far it’s been spectacular! I take the fight fit classes and that is the most fun way to get in shape for me. The workouts are preplanned, and non-repetitive so I feel like I have something new to look forward to every time. The instructors also help so much with understanding proper form and ensuring you don’t get injured. I will definitely be continuing my subscription and I am happy with the results I’m seeing. I feel stronger, more energetic and ready to start my day after attending class. 🏋️♀️ Plus I got this cute little mug as a holiday thank you from the gym! :)

We signed our children up for classes on a Monday evening. After talking with my oldest, we decided that venturing out and trying different martial arts would be a little better for him (he’s done BJJ in other states for about a year and he doesn’t feel passionate about it — so we thought “why not”). We confirmed that the 1 year contract had a 3 day grace period and went Tuesday morning to cancel for a partial refund (the down payment includes the gis and those cannot be returned obviously). That evening I received an email with my contracts. I assumed that perhaps it was a cancellation notification of some sort until I scrolled to the bottom and to my surprise, I find that it was an entirely new contract with a signature that did not belong to me. We called the gym right away and the employee admitted that he thought something had gone wrong so signed the contracts for us and restarted the memberships. Shocked, we expressed to him that this was absolutely not ok and that we would like to speak to the manager or owner. He reluctantly told us that they had gone home for the day and he would have them call us tomorrow. He did cancel our memberships and did what he could to reassure us that he was sorry and did not realize we had cancelled. The next day, I reached out to the gym again hoping to resolve that matter with the owner and he started with cutting me off before I finished explaining what happened and stated “the membership was cancelled, you’re probably still on the automated email list”. I explained that this was not the case and explained the situation. He said “interesting, I will speak with the employee this evening and let him know that he can’t do that”. He was so nonchalant about the entire situation and did not seem to make any effort to make us feel better about the situation nor apologize on the gyms behalf. I hope that this does not happen to other people and that training is done on how forging a legally binding contract is a crime. Perhaps some customer service training for the manager would be beneficial as well. Our experience at the gym itself was ok. CONS: Some of the kids were wired and disrespectful (cussing, wrestling during instruction etc) and there was nothing done about it. No bowing on and off the mat or to coaches which was weird (except at the end where they line everyone up and tell them to bow) I was a little disappointed with the lack of respect. PROS: The instructors were great with separating kids based off of skill level which I really liked and the prices are reasonable which is also a plus. EDIT TO ADD: the owner called me back and apologized for how everything transpired. They have reassured me that training will take place to ensure this never happens again. He apologized for coming off as he did before and reassured me that he does take the matter seriously. I appreciate that I received a call back and that there was effort to resolve any hard feelings.
