Foundation Jiu-Jitsu

Great experience dropping in as an out of town visitor. Very welcoming and open atmosphere with great training. Jeff, the owner and head instructor is outstanding at jiu jitsu and was excellent to roll with. I observed his instruction and was impressed although I did not take a class. Highly recommend. Clean and organized. Great atmosphere for competitors or hobbyists and definitely great for kids and families.

Been training under Jeff for 5 years, it’s been one of the most rewarding additions to my life. The students and instructors are always a pleasure to interact with, I always leave with a feeling of fulfillment. Jeff is super knowledgeable on what he teaches, and encourages you to ask questions. Classes are always engaging, and I always find myself having fun. I’ve enrolled my nephew into the little kids program and he’s been having a blast learning in class. The location is always clean and there’s a very nice lounge for people to hangout a bit after practices. If you want to bring someone along who doesn’t train, they can stay in the lounge, or watch the classes from the benches available around the mat. Love the experience I’ve had at the gym so far, I’m looking forward to being a part of it for a very long time!

Wanted to try a martial art with my dad, found coach Jeff at foundation jujitsu. Took the FREE intro class, it had a great balance of teaching and having fun but also giving room to learn without egos from and levels or any belts. We decided to get a membership the next day. Great guy and teacher. Great group of men/brotherhood. Look forward to the rest of my year

great school, great instructor, great group of guys to train with. I'm on the older side being in my early 40s this has made me feel the most flexible I have felt in a long time. not only am I learning self-defense but I'm also sharpening my mental and physical abilities. all thanks to coach jeff, a real mentor and leader, kindhearted but serious about his craft. me and my sons love foundation jujitsu, and we are excited for what awaits us going forward

Professor Jeff Mount is incredible! He is one of the finest young up and coming Black Belts in the area. Great classes and really detail oriented. Great group of people with every belt represented. Beginner through advanced classes, day and evening, and the best Open Mat Saturday in town. 🤙 Everyone is welcome from beginners to advanced players.
