I started with my wife at age 38/39 with no martial arts experience. We love the friendly and accepting culture. You will find everyone from beginner to advanced grapplers. Greg (head coach and owner) is great with both kids and adults alike. Coach Rachel is very friendly with the tiny (3-5) kids. Facility is clean and parents have a clear view of their kids. There is a class for everyone and the instructions are all very passionate about the art they teach.

Been going here for about 2 years. It’s been great and the owner (Greg) is a stand-up guy. The culture is chill/accepting too relative to some other bjj gyms. Check GAMA out sometime.

Despite being somewhat of a rogue BJJ black belt in our community, GAMA is my "home" and that is an amazing feeling. There is a pocket of people for anyone here and together, they all align as one.
