I have been training at Unboxed consistently for the past three years. But I have trained with the owner on and off for over a decade. What I can say without a doubt is that Unboxed is the most inclusive establishment I’ve ever worked out at. They work with you where you are and they help you to get stronger so you can move on to the next level. They train kids and they train people in their 80’s. I highly recommend unboxed for your fitness needs.

I’ve been attending boxing classes at this gym 3–4 times a week for the past two years, and I can genuinely say it has changed my life. The coaches are exceptional—skilled, motivating, and deeply supportive. They strike the perfect balance of pushing you to grow while meeting you where you’re at, no matter your level. What truly sets them apart is how much they care. When I first started, I experienced a significant personal trauma. The support I received from the coaches during that time was more than I ever expected from a gym. Their compassion and consistency helped me get through one of the hardest chapters of my life. I’ll always be grateful for that. Beyond the training, the community here is something special. Everyone encourages each other—whether you’re throwing your first jab or sparring in the ring. I've been coming here for almost 3 years now and training here has been the best workout experience I have had. The community of people you meet is amazing and the workouts are friendly for all levels of athleticism. Having gone to Unboxed for so long my endurance, muscle strength, and physical ability have all improved. The coaches are really helpful and friendly. Overall, and amazing gym.

I’ve been taking boxing classes and using the gym at Unboxed for about little over 6 months and have loved it! The coaches are great and they do a wonder job of meeting each client where they are in their skill level. The classes are always fun and energetic and balance skill building with an awesome workout!

For any fitness plan to work, it requires consistency and effort. This gym is different from many other things I have tried in the past. From using a weightlifting trainer, to guided kickboxing classes, to lifting weights with friends—those just didn’t work or keep my interest. Unboxed is a great solution if you are trying to get fit, lose weight, and feel challenged. Since day one, Troy, JD, and their coaches have made us feel like we are truly learning how to box. Classes are a mixed group in terms of age, gender, and strength level. They focus on skills training and physical conditioning. This involves cardio, building muscle memory, becoming more flexible, and increasing confidence. In the last twelve months, I have improved my health, experienced less knee and back pain, and challenged myself to enter a Masters Sparring competition in the near future. I am constantly learning and having fun. I give maximum effort, and the coaches make me want to come back again and again.
