Love this place! I have been going to Bancroft Boxing for over two years and it has become my second home. Everyone there is welcoming and fun. It has everything from boxing/kickboxing classes, weight training to personal training. All of the trainers are encouraging and committed to your success. If you are beginner or an experienced boxer, Bancroft has what you need to stay motivated and accomplish your goals.

I'm a 67 year old woman and I love Bancroft Boxing. A friend and I take semi-private lessons with trainer/owner Jared Sher. Jared designs each workout based on the client's skill level and goals. He's excellent at keeping the workouts interesting and challenging. I also attend a women's only training class on Saturday afternoon. This is fun and moves quickly - lots of fun-loving strong women. give it a try!!!

Tired of the same old cardio classes and looking to jump-start my fitness level, I recently started going to Bancroft Boxing on Tuesday nights for their Women's class. Jared & Karen are great instructors - knowledgeable, friendly, and passionate. If you're looking for a different work out in a friendly, anxiety-free environment, give this place a try!

As a boxing novice, Jared started training me in the basics and continued to add to my skill set each session. Jared is very knowledgable, an excellent motivator, and is a great coach. I considered myself in good shape prior to working with Jared and he has increased my strength and stamina substantially. He knows the fine line on how far to push me to see an increase in gains, but not be counterproductive. The gym has a great variety of boxing, lifting , and agility/endurance equipment that is perfect for boxing and fitness enthusiasts. Highly recommended!
