Great gym with a homey feel to it. The Muay Thai instructor is a great friendly person with tons of knowledge on the martial art. Explains everything with detail and really ensures everyone is having fun while still learning. I was a bit anxious starting at first but i’m really glad i took that first step because i felt really welcomed at the gym and quickly realized there was nothing to really be afraid about. Definitely recommend the muay thai program as they have a good amount of fighters here and quality work is always ensured.

Top of the line JiuJitsu, clean place, technical classes, fun training partners and teachers, Prof Daniel has verry prectical and safe technique for competition and old school BTT style submissions that you don't see the set ups. I was rusty and they improved my game in 3 months time. The No-Gi classes are just as good and nite time has also top of the line teaching. Good safe Judo with Sensei Luis. Practical warmups, safe partners, fun Randori partners. Great with children Judo as well.

Jiu-jitsu changed my life! In a short time, I already feel a difference in my strength, flexibility, and endurance — things I never imagined I would develop so fast. Every training session challenges me to go further, to build more discipline and confidence, and that reflects outside the mat as well. Jiu-jitsu is not just a sport for me; it has become part of who I am becoming.

1 year ago i started muay thai classes monday wednesday and boxing on saturdays with Matt and it’s been great! His attention to detail, technique and teaching abilities are amazing and he structures his classes in an exciting and challenging way. His fundamental and advanced classes (i still do both) give you a great mix of training. I also have been doing boxing with Tali on Tuesdays which has been great. He really improves my boxing and body/head movements, which translates perfectly to Muay Thai. His classes are fun and challenging and Tali is great at demonstrating how small tweaks to your technique make a big difference. BTT Everett has 2 great coaches
