What a great environment. I am from Jupiter Florida and I came up north to see my kids/grandkids. My son brought me down to train with him at Dedeco BJJ. I am a 60 year old White belt with 5 days of Jiu Jitsu under my belt. So I was bit nervous walking in. Rich and the higher belts could not have more welcoming and accommodating. Had such a great time and met such awesome people I decided to go back the next day as well. Great instruction, Caring People and a great workout. Thank for for allowing me into your family. Give these guys a look if you even thinking about trying Jiu Jitsu.

Training at Dedeco BJJ has been one of the most rewarding experiences of my life. This is by far the best place to learn BJJ in all of the East coast. When I started out as a white belt I tried many different gyms around Boston and while many of them are fantastic, many have a culture of making you tough which is not a bad thing but I felt my learning was stagnant being too tough but lacking in skill and techniques. But when I finally settled down at Dedeco my Jiujitsu skyrocketed. First, The instructors here are world class and highly technical. The lineage is undeniable and it’s a dream to be able to learn from students of legends. Second, The culture here is fantastic. Higher belts are so welcoming and help you on your journey to be better. I felt safe to be able to learn at my own pace and stop worrying about just being tough and winning at rounds, and really becoming technical. And more importantly I gained the confidence to be able to defend myself and my family should I need to. I got my blue belt here and I hope to stay here until I get my black belt and beyond! Can’t recommend this place enough.
