Luiz and all his staff are incredibly professional. They have made my son and I feel at home at every class. Coach Tony and coach A have an incredible method with the kids in west Bridgewater. My son can't wait for Tuesday and Thursday nights. The adult classes have changed me as a person. They are an incredible learning experience, a true stress reliever and have exposed me to some extremely talented individuals. There is no better place to go if you or your child wants to learn jiu jitsu from the best there is!

This is an excellent school to learn Jiu Jitsu. Regardless of rank, everyone is very approachable and eager to teach and support learning Jiu Jitsu. This is a great school for kids and adults. The owner is on site training all levels every day. many of the students and the kids class have parents training in the adult class running simultaneously. This is a great way to get in shape, stay in shape, and learn self-defense.

This school is nothing short of amazing! From the incredible environment to the energy and commitment that the several instructors show in every class. I feel very fortunate to have found this school for my children to learn a top tier martial art under the guidance of the wonderful Luiz Paulo who is always present during the classes and always available to answer questions. I have watched several classes and i am so happy with the patience and care that the instructors display in every single class. My kids are engaged and always excited for their next class.
