Overall, a complete set of equipment. On the other hand, it'd be great if a sign state/recommend to take a shower and/or to use deodorant. Ik it is a gym, yet minimum hygiene would improve the experience for everyone. Also, if you have to drop the weights on every rep, it's probably too heavy for you.

Loved my time lifting here, love the morning gym community! Love the vibes, clean, kept me pushing to new limits! Floor space is pretty small for a school of this size. You might still have to wait for 1-2 people for equipment (6:30am - 10am), but you can always work in and make new friends. Stay away from the peak 4-8pm crowd if you want a decent workout. The hours could be better for the weekend. Say hi to the old heads for me! 💪

Overall, it is a nice, well-stocked and equipped, clean gym. Lots of variety of equipment and most of it works perfectly fine. However, this place is in need of expansion as it gets incredibly crowded during the vast majority of the day. The students who use it are also not very diligent when it comes to maintaining hygiene, especially forgetting to wipe down equipment after use. I wish there were more signs to remind others of this and that staff are more proactive in enforcing this.

This recreation center has a lot os positives and negatives. Although the atrium is beautiful and looks stylish, it makes the gym feel small and disconnected. The fact that they have 5 squat racks and 4 bench presses for 20,000 students blows my mind. The free weight section is always packed to The brim during the school year so it’s not even worth going most of the time. Although I have my issues, I do like that they have 3 basketball courts, heavy bags, a spacious locker, and a SAUNA. Cool place but i probably wouldn’t be going here if it wasn’t included with my school.

Overcrowded, often at over 100% capacity. The school gets membership fees from every student, but has only 1 gym for 40,000.
