New Vision Academy of Jiu Jitsu

All three of my daughters attend this school and the love it! The instructors are kind, patient, and very knowledgeable. The environment was perfect for beginners and now they are seasoned veterans. My daughters have discipline, focus, and a love for physical fitness. New Vision Academy is an outstanding school!

It was the best decision I ever made to train at New Vision Academy of Jiu Jitsu with Sunse François and Sunse Thomas. They make Jiu Jitsu look easy and fun to learn. They are very professional, patient. They always come prepared and ready to share their knowledge, skills and experiences with us. A big thanks to Sunse François and Sunse Thomas for taking the time to teach and training us in Jiu Jitsu. Very much appreciated.

Been training since the pandemic started. I have some old Army i injuries and they were able to adapt to me needs. Good vibes and safe. I like the real life practical application and they are open to all kinds of realistic questions. Love it here!

As a mom I was a little reluctant because I was worried about my babies’ safety! Turns out, I didn’t need to worry. New Vision Academy has a familial and collegial environment. I want my children to have the confidence to defend themselves if necessary, while exhibiting restraint. They have learned both things at New Vision Academy. My husband and I are firm believers in self-defense and the techniques taught here are top notch. No slight to other schools, but in my humble opinion New Vision Academy is head and shoulders above the other schools I visited and researched. Sending my children here was a wonderful decision. Sensei Thomas and Sensei Francois are just like family.

I've always been interested in learning martial arts, but life got in the way. When I enrolled my 4yo son in the dojo's Little Ninja Class I also enrolled myself in the adult class. Sensei Thomas and Sensei Francois are very patient, engaging, and fun to work with in class (kids & adults). The school has two locations, one in Hyde Park and the other in Norwood. The Hyde Park dojo is very HIGH energy because of the large classes held there. My son and I prefer attending classes at the Norwood dojo and love that it's a little less hectic here. I've been a student since May 2017. In the 5 Months I've been here I have moved up a belt level and noticed a pretty good physical improvement, I'm a lot more toned and have lost some weight. I encourage you to give this class a try if you have any interest in martial arts, self defense, or simply looking for a fun way to exercise! #NVAJJ
