Slowly getting back in shape/boxing and I couldn't have asked for a more authentic, attentive and kind gym to start at. Peter Welch himself gave me a tour, some intro combos & what to expect and was a wealth of information. Can't wait for my next class this week.

As a novice boxer, the Fighter Conditioner class was beginner friendly! I felt instantly more comfortable when I got pointers from Peter Welch himself. It was a great workout hitting all the different muscle groups and I’m excited to go back and continue to improve my skills.

This gym is amazing and you can sense the energy when walking in. It’s one of the only "true" boxing gyms that teach technique. I will definitely be coming back

I was a bit intimidated about taking a class here but had a great experience at the Women's Saturday morning class. It was a challenging workout but a really good community vibe. It felt like we were all on the same team training together. I had a lot of fun and got an insane workout, and I'll definitely be back!

This gym was super supportive of newcomers and I felt like I fit in immediately. My trainer was super supportive and helpful, and the environment of the gym itself just makes you want to come back. After my class, the trainer walked up to me and made sure I was comfortable with the workout and asked if I was considering coming back. He showed genuine interest. This is a great environment for beginners!
