reviewsWhat Members Say

Members consistently describe the gym as having an incredible community where everyone feels welcomed and supported. They praise the knowledgeable, patient, and encouraging coaches who push students at a reasonable pace while maintaining a beginner-friendly environment. Specific instructors receive frequent mention, with Ali noted for his genuine care, Anthony for his skilled Muay Thai instruction, and Alyssa as an exceptional coach. The only minor concern mentioned relates to traffic and logistics, but this appears specific to individual circumstances rather than a gym issue.

This gym is one of the best things that happened to me in my post-covid, work from home life. The workout is killer but fun, and the community is incredible. Alyssa is the best coach! If you want to get in shape, impress your friends and family, and meet some great people, this is the place.

Great class, instructor is top notch and you feel welcomed. I would have continued going there is not for the traffic/logistics, but that’s my specific situation. Other than than, great mix between warm up, technique and practice

I've been going for 2 years. It's full of kind people and helpful trainers. Ali is a great instructor who genuinely cares for his students. I take Muay Thai with Anthony as well and he's a great mentor.

I adore this place so much. Both the owner, Ali, and the trainers are really helpful. I came here to try the Mauy thai. Anthony, the trainer, is incredibly skilled, kind, and patient. While not abandoning the fundamentals, he attempts to teach many movements and defense strategies at the same time. Every trainer is incredibly knowledgeable and aids in our development. They are quite amiable. I can complete my fitness requirement because we have access to the gym's equipment in the basement. Beginners are welcome here as well. This is a great location to learn self defense, in my opinion.

I love this place. The owner Ali is really nice and helpful, and all the coaches are simply great. You don’t need to have prior martial arts or workout experience to come here. The coaches are patient and encouraging. They push you yet set a reasonable pace. You get to learn self defense skills and have great workouts. Highly recommend!
