If you’re looking for new gym to be apart of this place is the spot! Even with a long exercise history this place keeps me on my toes over 6 months after joining. I walked in never having punched anything in my life and 6 months later I won a charity boxing match by unanimous decision! From beginners to experienced fighters the team oriented workouts have modifications to challenge every level of boxer. Special shout-out to the breakfast club group who keep me honest and motivated. You may sign up just for a good sweat but you’ll learn how to train like a real fighter in no time.

Great cardio work. Coach Pollard teaches boxing for real life scenerios as if you are in the ring with someone. Very detailed even for beginners. I love that! He's very patient but will hold you accountable! I suffered from Cardiomyopathy (weak heart). I've been going to Team Pollard for some time now. I just had a doctor visit and I was given great news. m My heart is nice and strong! Coach Pollard saved my life with out knowing my medical issues.I am for ever greatful! 🙏🏾

From the moment we met, Julian was professional and personable. I’v worked with personal trainers, coaches in the past and the one thing they were missing is the thing Julian has in abundance, Patience! Julian takes the time to talk to you, correct you and he actually listens to you. My workouts are tough but I know he genuinely cares about making my body stronger. I highly recommend Team Pollard, it’s an experience you won’t regret having. I look forward to my workout days and I am sad on my recovery days away.

I have been twitter friends with Wendy for quite a while now. She motivates me everyday! I love seeing the workouts and the encouragement she gives to everyone. As a woman in my 40’s she got me off my couch and back in the gym! Thank you!

I've been to a lot of fitness classes and had various personal trainers in my lifetime. Some excellent, some average, and a few were not good at all. So, I was initially skeptical about the Team Pollard Program. Getting up there in years, I wasn't sure if it was a one size fits all system, or could he (Julian) tailor a program with the right amount of attention to motivate me to see badly needed results. I have to say; I was pleasantly surprised! Julian is a master at attention to detail. He concentrates on what works and what doesn't with your own body and circumstance. I look forward to losing weight and getting my body in top physical condition. Physically fit in body, mind, and spirit. I've lost 17 pounds and counting. My arthritis doesn't flare up as much as it used to either. I recommend Team Pollard to anyone looking to attain optimal health, which leads to a more positive you. It's working for me. DARREN
