reviewsWhat Members Say
Members report highly positive experiences with specific trainers like Travis, who receive praise for being encouraging, knowledgeable, and creating engaging workouts with good music. However, multiple reviewers express significant concerns about staff professionalism, with some describing the general manager as having a nasty attitude and lacking boxing knowledge. Equipment quality is another common complaint, with broken gloves causing finger injuries, and many are frustrated by policies that prohibit self-training and restrict ring access to expensive private sessions. The gym receives mixed feedback on its teaching quality, with some finding it amateurish while others appreciate the structured, no-nonsense approach to cardio boxing classes.

you cannot come in for self-training but only attending their cardio boxing classes otherwise they kick you out. they say they are 'no contact' boxing gym and only private sessions can use the ring, which costs you 150 dollars for an hour in the ring for some pads cardio work lol

This places staff is very unprofessional and doesn’t take ownership of when they mess up. The general manager has a nasty attitude and honestly comes off as racist. I have a video posted on my YouTube of the interaction & the attitude she used towards me - (YouTube: ItsModad). The place also seems to lack knowledge about boxing and seems very amateur. If you want to learn real skills of boxing and create community. DO NOT go here.

Dear visitors, don’t come, it’s so SUCK!! They are not professional at teaching, no defense skills, no practical knowledge. They are only professional at charging you. You are REQUIRED to pay EXTRA $25 for warp and gloves. The GLOVES are BROKEN inside, even I changed. The sponge is broken and feels so sharp, CUTTING my fingers. I have over one year boxing experience in NYC. First time getting hurt, and could never imagine how it comes to CUT your fingers! DO NOT COME! ( my review on Classpass was keeping be deleted…)
