Been going here for a couple years now and the gym’s good for anyone beginner or experienced. It’s a great time and everyone’s very welcoming. All kinds of folks come through and you can really push yourself at any level of skill / development. Great gym, and an even better community.

I absolutely love this gym. I used to go to normal gyms to use machines and free weights, and I always thought gym classes weren’t for me. After starting at Total Body Boxing about 4 years, I get a much better workout, have more fun, and stay more motivated since I now have friends here doing the same routines. Toby is a friendly and knowledgeable trainer, and everyone that takes classes here are extremely welcoming. There are a great variety of classes with cardio + body conditioning, dumbbells, and boxing (some coed and some men’s or women’s only). Every class is different, so you never get bored with the same routine.

Great gym, great instructors, great WORKOUTS. Every time. Fun and friendly atmosphere where pushing yourself to your limit is encouraged. Great for all ages and skill levels, tons of class options. 5 year member, join this gym, you won’t regret it!

Total Body Boxing is by far the best gym I have ever been too! They offer so many different classes from Boxing to Conditioning to Cardio, Abs, Boot camps and more. I’ve gained so much strength and confidence since I joined 9 months ago. Everybody is super friendly, welcoming and helpful no matter your skill level. Toby is the best! He makes everybody feel comfortable (even lefties) and you’ll never leave a class not feeling like you got the best possible workout in. The workouts and classes are always different, fun and challenging. I highly recommend stopping in for one of the boxing classes!
