Julie and the team at Women's Fitness of Boston are truly exceptional! They offer a comprehensive wellness program that focuses on strength training, nutrition, and overall health. The one-on-one personal training and coaching sessions with Julie, and the supportive online community have been wonderful --and fun! In the past six months, I have achieved results beyond what I imagined. Julie is highly skilled, wise, and empathic. She personalizes the program to motivate each of her clients. She listens attentively and shares her extensive knowledge and experience. I had an unexpected eye surgery about 2 months after starting the program, and thought I would have to put the program on pause. Julie worked with me on low-impact and safe options to continue to make progress toward my goals. I highly recommend Women's Fitness of Boston!

I was looking for accountability and found WFOB by scrolling but I am so glad I did! Julie does an amazing job of instructing classes - doing the workout with us and teaching nutrition. She keeps us motivated with challenges that feel doable not overwhelming. I love the live group classes and knowing others are working out with me- we may be in different states but we are all in it together! WFOB is AWESOME!

If you want someone who will work with you where you are, then WFOB is what you need. From fitness to mindframe, Julie does it all. She is merciful while also continually kicking your butt in exercise and workouts. The weekly calls with a community of likeminded ladies is so motivating. Highly recommend.

Julie is THE BEST. I began working with her almost a year ago after getting frustrated with my mid-life sedentary body and worried about my health. Since beginning I’ve lost weight and inches, gained muscle, and I am in better shape than I have been in years. WFOB meets women where they are and Julie has just the right mix of support and pushing you to reach your goals. The challenges throughout the year are also a great way to join the community with a little healthy competition. If you’re a woman of any age looking for someone to support you while also holding you accountable for developing life-changing habits, WFOB is the place for you!
