We love Bear’s Den! Coach Jeff and Coach Andrea are great with the kids. Over the last few years they have not only learned BJJ, but also self-discipline, goal setting, compassion, and confidence.

I walked into Bears Den almost 1 year ago looking to fill a void that high level competition left when I relocated to the area. I knew nobody and was no longer competing in sport. I needed something and went to Bears Den to try to find it. A desire to learn a new skill, fill my soul with hard competition, and get some good old fashion grind time in is what was sought. I was met with great coaching, tough training partners, a competitive environment at many levels and a feeling that took me a while to wrap my hands around. It's a true showcase of people who want you to develop not only your grappling skills but improve your life in many areas, physically, mentally, and emotionally while building a ton of confidence along the way. A room with people from many walks of life (cops, dispensary experts, first responders, recovery, military veterans, tradesman, health experts, bikers, cage fighters, college/pro athletes, BJJ champions and law professionals) come into the room with a vibe that you have to experience to explain. I recommend Bears Den to anyone from anywhere in any walk of life with any level of skill, whether you're dropping in, its your first time, or your looking to join a team to compete. Oh yeah, that feeling that was hard to explain, its the feeling you get when you see true friends. #ITSMYLIFESTYLE #BEARSDEN #THANKSFORTAKINGINTHEOHIOKID

10/10 #would recommend I train here, my kids train here. The staff is amazing. Hands the best!!! The others that train there have the same mindset. We come to roll, learn, grow! Everyone is very respectful. We all understand we have jobs outside jiu-jitsu. They minimize injuries and teach the safe and proper way to execute techniques. Don't be shy we love new friends!!!
