This is a great gym. The coaches and other members are so kind and encouraging. Even though I'm not the best and I have a hard time keeping up, I get a little better each time I go and I feel like that's recognized. Highly recommend giving it a try, they will work you hard though.

Quite literally the most welcoming and safest environments in Windsor. If you want to learn boxing, you don’t even have to know how to box to have a good time!

If you are looking for a place to train and learn how to box this is it! I have been training here for 2 years now and have experienced nothing but the best. There is no judgment here, everyone is in your corner to help with growth. This place is literally family to me. They have something for everyone and every age!
