Ladies, if you're looking for Women Only Muay Thai, this is the place! I've been coming here to train and the female instructors are fantastic! They're supportive and will help you get it! I feel safe learning in this environment, no judgement. In adult classes(co-op), they're also supportive and help you correct your form. Wonderful comraderies! Instructors have so much patience, so even if you're learning slowly (like me), don't worry! They will work with you. If you're interested in Muay Thai, There's different Muay Thai classes: kids MT, women only MT, adult MT (co-op), Muay Thai Sparring 101.... see website for full schedule.

Phenomenal gym. I’ve trained and competed at a lot of different gyms, and you won’t regret joining this one. Month-to-month membership, no contracts, no required uniform. They’re not trying to take advantage of you. The membership structure is very relaxed. The training is top-notch, with multiple black belts and coaches. If you want to get good, this is the place. But it also is very welcoming to newcomers and people of every skill level. Want to compete? This is the place. Want a supportive, friendly gym for a hobbyist? This is also the place. I give it my highest recommendation; you will not regret joining.

High-level jiu-jitsu and Muay Thai with a coach who actually teaches and gives a damn. Structured classes, strong team, no ego. You’ll improve fast if you put in the work. Highly recommend.

Trained here for a year during the part of my residency in Michigan, top notch training partners and instruction. Dan, Andy, and Jay are all extremely knowledgeable and innovative Jiu Jitsu instructors who care about the sport and the people they train with. There's Judo twice a week to help with some stand up and a wrestling oriented class as well which are extremely helpful for rounding out your overall game. There are also classes offered in the mornings, afternoons, and evenings to fit schedules as needed. If you want to explore striking, the Muay Thai training is also phenomenal. Kru taught me a lot in the short time that I worked with him, and the more experienced students were super welcoming. If you're training in the area or looking train, I would highly recommend checking this place out. The instruction is world class and the people are great.
