This place is IT! From the jump, the vibe is high-energy, super welcoming, and just real! I was nervous getting back into workouts after having my baby, but the founder Bianca and every single trainer there are motivating, and encouraging, Best of all they know how to modify on the spot without making you feel left out or behind. I definitely feel the burn, but somehow I still can’t wait to come back! That’s the magic these trainers have. They push you, but they do it with so much love and hype, you feel like a champion every time you leave. And each class is just filled with good people putting in work and cheering each other on. PLUS they’ve got live stream workouts too, so I literally have no excuse. Bianca even checks in with us live streamers, giving tips and feedback like we’re right there in the room. It keeps me locked in and confident that I’m getting it right. If you’re looking for a gym where you’ll be seen, supported, and straight-up celebrated, Easy Day Boxing is the place. I’ve joined and brought many gym memberships over the years but none of them felt like home until now. The atmosphere that has been created at Easy Day Boxing Gym feels warm and welcoming. The variety of classes that is offered here is amazing. I’m not going to mention how affordable it is and what comes with the all access pass. If you’re looking for results then this is the gym for you.

Starting at a new gym or class is very intimidating but not Easy Day. Bianca and the women at the gym are very inviting and friendly. Everyone is encouraging which makes it easier to push myself. She has a variety of classes that work every muscle group that range from slow burn to intense cardio. I highly recommend!

Easy day what as an amazing gem! In our little city of Redford. Bianca has been very welcoming to all members and as a new member I can attest to the dedication and professionalism. If you want versatility in your workout routine this is the place.
