Training with “GIVE Fitness” has been such a positive experience. They create a comfortable, encouraging environment while still challenging you to be your best. I never feel judged, only supported. Workouts are fun, effective, and tailored to your needs. I always leave feeling accomplished and energized. 10/10 recommend!

I experienced real results at GIVE Fitness. Pierre is knowledgeable & meets me at my level. I changed my eating habits & consistently attended PT sessions. I lost weight & body fat, and I gained strength & endurance. To maintain my healthy weight outside of attending PT, I regularly attended the unlimited exercise sessions conveniently offered at various times to fit my schedule. I now live out-of-state and, I attend GIVE Fitness virtually. I have the same confidence as I did previously, and it is still affordable. Good luck on your journey!

My first session here was the thighs, butts, and guts and it was a very focused and fun workout! Pierre was super helpful in explaining the exercises, and really encouraging too. I liked the structure and the overall environment

I was referred by a coworker who told me how great Pierre was! My focus was targeting arms and legs. He let me know that the 30 minutes workout with a target all of those things and much more..TRUTH!! I FELT EVERY MUSCLE WORKING!! I have never experienced any 30 minutes work out this intense.LOVED IT!! Also met some new friends.❤️
