Joining this gym has been one of the best decisions I've made! I was looking for community, a way to challenge myself physically, and something that would help me build consistency, and Legacy Training Club has delivered on all of that. Compared to when I first started, I feel stronger, more excited to workout, and I have a much better mindset around fitness. The coaches are great, class sizes are perfect, and the workouts flow really well. I'd recommend this gym to anyone, whether you're a beginner, getting back into fitness, or balancing a busy schedule!

I’ve just completed my 6th month here and it has been a great journey so far. I have seen significant progress since joining, and in the best shape I can remember being in. What I like the most is the structure and how the workouts are set up. It’s a good mix of strength and conditioning and everything build on each other. The coaching staff is also one of the main reasons I’ve stayed consistent. Everyone is supportive, knowledgeable and they pay attention to detail to make sure you’re doing things the right way. This place made working out fun again. I’m really happy I joined. Shoutout to Coach Paige for pushing me from day one!

I’ve been at TRVFIT for 9months and have lost over 40lbs (210lbs to 165lbs) - I do 2 - 4 workouts a week and love it. I have found a lot of positivity, friendliness, and support with this gym, which has really helped my stress and general outlook. I’ve never been super fit or strong but I always feel welcome and have loved exploring some exercises that were too intimidating for me to try before the coaching offered at this gym. Also easy parking, centrally located, diverse membership, great coaches, good class size (usually about 10 - 15 people), with mix of fitness levels from straight up beginners to experienced lifters.

I have been at Legacy for just over a year now and it has been one of the best group fitness experience I have ever had. Ive tried out various other gyms and workout plans in the past and nothing compares to Legacy! It is truly the BEST GYM IN DETROIT!!!! The team here are so knowledgeable, supportive and friendly. They genuinely care about you as a person and what your goals are. All of the coaches are incredible at what they do and it really shows through the workout sessions. The community here is also so incredible, it’s very motivating and inspiring to be apart of. We all genuinely want the best for one another. I love that they offer a variety of classes such as Hyrox, strength training and even boxing so there is something for everybody. I feel so accomplished after every single class that I take, it is always so rewarding. The space for the workouts itself is also such a vibe, I love the large industrial windows and how spacious it is. If you’re looking for a new gym in the Detroit to implement into your routine that will be fun yet challenging then I highly recommend Legacy! You won’t regret it!

Love this gym and the community I’ve found at LTC (formerly TRV FIT)! The workouts are fantastic and the coaches are so knowledgeable — shout out to favs Coach Ari and Coach Mike who’ve taught me so much about my fitness and form. Love the GRIT strength classes and mobility for recovery. I’ve especially enjoyed the special events like a workout on Belle Isle Beach, fire&ice cold plunge and sauna, and wine down Wednesdays.
