Metro Jiu-Jitsu

My sons are really enjoying their time at Metro Jui-Jitsu, as am I. We haven't been here very long and I can already see them becoming part of the team and having something positive to focus on. All of the coaches I have seen so far seem to have a natural authority and ability to lead/teach. I am very impressed with the stability and organization provided here. Very friendly and welcoming, you can tell they care and love their roles. 10/10 recommend

Metro is the place to be! Never thought I would be in Jiu Jitsu at this point in my life but the people I’ve met in the gym have grown to be a part of my every day. The motivation and camaraderie you get from being a part of this group, is like nothing else. If you want to be a part of a great team and need some discipline in your life… JOIN THE TEAM!

Highly Recommend! My son just completed his first week at Metro Jiu-Jitsu, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Everyone at the gym has been awesome to talk with, from the coaches to the other parents. I love how structured the practices are and how intentional the environment is. The separate parent room is a great idea. I believe it allows the kids to focus on developing independence without the distraction of having us right there. Even after just one week, I’ve noticed a difference in my son’s focus and how he channels his energy. I’m really excited to watch his growth over the next year!

Metro Jiu-Jitsu has been phenomenal. My son started Jiu Jitsu in April, for the fist time at 12 years old. MetroJJ has welcomed him with open arms and are working diligently to show him the ropes. His confidence has grown in himself and his abilities. His behavior and outlook on life are improving. He just went to his first competition with MetroJJ and the support from coaches and teammates was outstanding. I can’t wait to see where this path with MetroJJ takes him. Highly recommend Metro Jiu-Jitsu.

I spent some time looking for a jiu-jitsu gym and researched quite a few. The best decision I made was coming to this gym. From the moment I walked in the staff were very friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The gym itself was very clean and very well-maintained. The coaches are amazing. They make you feel like family and do an amazing job of training with you at your pace regardless of your experience. It's truly great environment and I can't express enough how well they take care of anybody who goes into their gym. They truly set the standard for a martial arts gym and they set it high. I signed up immediately after trying their first class. If you have been researching for a while or considering joining a martial art gym, do yourself the favor of coming here.
