Awesome training facility! Very clean and well kept. Coaches are knowledgeable and very skilled, along with being very supportive. All of the members of the gym share a common goal and care about the safety and progress of all. Very excited and happy to be a part of this gym!!!

I stopped in for some mat time and everyone was welcoming and friendly. Coach Chris was continuing an X guard series that I wasn't too familiar with but showed a lot of patience with me to get it right. It always amazes me when I drop in somewhere across the country how tight the Jiu-Jitsu community is... everywhere is just like my home gym, and michigan grappling a prime example of that family-feeling :-)

An excellent facility for training. The academy offers a wide variety of classes and is supported by highly skilled instructors. I was able to connect with great training partners right away, which has made the experience outstanding. A first-class academy that I highly recommend.

Michigan Grappling has completely exceeded my expectations. The instructors are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also patient, professional, and truly invested in each student—especially in the kids' classes. My children have been attending since June, and the progress they’ve made in such a short time is amazing. What really sets this place apart is the way the instructors take time to review and reinforce what the kids have learned. With short attention spans, it’s easy for things to get lost in the shuffle—but by going over techniques and concepts at the end of class, they make sure the kids actually retain the information and build a strong foundation. It's clear they care about teaching—not just showing moves.
