I’ve been attending Plowden Championship Martial Arts Academy since I was 15 years old now at 28 years old still attending. The Plowden family have been nothing but amazing to me. Mr. Plowden, Mrs.Plowden, Morgan and Avery are a major part of the success in my life. The Philosophy that is shared through my journey in martial arts translates to my everyday life. I’m forever grateful to be apart of an amazing school and blessed to be around awesome and supportive individuals.

I came from nowhere and they accepted me into their school with open arms, and still believe in me more than most. You're going to learn to be a great martial artist as well as a good person.
