Plymouth Wrestling Academy is an incredible program for kids! The coaches do an amazing job balancing fun with solid technical instruction. My favorite part is how they teach real wrestling techniques in a way that sticks. The kids are learning and improving every week while still having a great time. There are two classes (ages 5–7 and 8–12), and both are perfectly structured for each group’s skill level and attention span. My kid is 9 and absolutely loves the class and the coaches! The younger class keeps things upbeat and engaging, while the older group gets a deeper dive into form, movement, and strategy. You can tell the coaches genuinely care about helping every wrestler grow in confidence, discipline, and skill. It’s one of the best youth programs around, a perfect mix of fun, learning, and athletic development. Couldn’t recommend it more!
