Amazing experience at Shojin. The sensei's are very good. They train people very well, and each has different ways to show techniques to you. My son really enjoys the dojo, his peers, and the sensei's. They make learning fun and Judo is a beautiful martial art.

Tried out a class and learned so much in so little time. Such a wonderful group to work with. The instructors and students are very friendly and knowledgeable. They push you to learn and challenge yourself while being very encouraging. Watched the kids classes and saw how the warm up built was very exercise heavy and the techniques portion was application focused. The kids were smiling and clearly learning some cool techniques. Strongly recommend checking out this dojo if you're looking for a great group of people to train with and want to learn a lot.

We have been members for 6 years now and we can all enjoy my in-laws husband and kids all love it sensi Neil Simon is unmatched in his skill, knowledge, and passion for judo it is amazing environment to watch my children grow with all of the support, absolutely amazing 👏.

We found Shojin when our nephew began kids judo classes there. We enrolled our daughter and could not have been more impressed with the caring environment and family feel of the dojo. Sensei Neil Simon is a one in a million find. His expertise and passion for the martial arts is immediately obvious and his instruction style and demeanor with young children and Judo players of all ages with special needs is just amazing. He’s also just a nice guy to sit and chat with. All the instructors and participants we met there have been so welcoming and kind. Our daughter attended from 4 1/2 years old until almost 10. The dojo has undergone such improvement to the interior space during our time there and is so beautiful. It is certainly a space to be proud to train in. The skills and principles our daughter learned there are applicable in so many other areas of life. She chose to discontinue her study of Judo, but the fundamentals and fond memories will be with her always.

I LOVE Judo. Sensei Neil is an amazing instructor, and the higher belts are very nice and helpful. Class is intense, but super fun. The atmosphere is very conducive to learning, and I feel like I am making a bunch of new friends.
