Before joining The Fighting Fit I had bounced around gyms and lied to myself that I was making progress. This place is truly special. All of the coaches truly care and make sure your form is correct to help you avoid injury. I always say nothing I do the rest of the day will be harder than the workout I get at TFF, and that has honestly helped me in all aspects of life. If you are in an exercise rut and are looking for something that is both challenging and fun, check out The Fighting Fit!

Love that this gym is an old school style gym. You get out what you put in. Got a trainer and learned a lot about building up instead of just jumping back into full throttle so i didn't hurt myself. The classes are great and the cross fit area has pretty much everything you need. While working out here was made to feel like family and the employees were always fun and professional.

Great place and people! As a big guy I tend to feel uncomfortable going to a gym, I would feel like people were judging, but I never felt that way at this gym. I was always made to feel comfortable and people are always willing to help and encourage me. The owner has always encouraged and pushed me to be better. I’d be a lot further along in my journey if I listened all along and was consistent. They are dedicated to helping their members.

I can not say enough about this facility. Indoors is clean with plenty of room and newer well maintained equipment. It is clean with sanitizer available. There is lots of space to move around. The staff is very personable and have your wellbeing in mind during classes. The crossfit workouts are intense and make you dig deep to see it through. The other athletes are supportive and provide encouragement. After the class instructors and staff are available for questions or just to chat. This has been the most welcoming facility I have been to.

I LOVE THIS PLACE! I came to the Fighting Fit as an injured runner at the advice of my doctor to begin a cross-training program. I have many friends who train here and they have asked me to try to this gym for years. I should have listened to them sooner. The trainers push me hard, make me laugh and are extremely patient with me. I had never lifted before and was very uncomfortable with the entire concept at first. The members are all so welcoming and kind and I'm happy to say that I've met many dear friends through the Fighting Fit. It is the true definition of a community. I still run, but I now log less miles than I have in years- and I am faster than I was 15 years ago. I'm over 40 and am now able to accomplish physical feats that I could not accomplish when I was in my teens and twenties. I'm excited to see how strong I can become. I love this place so much that my teenage children now train with me. My daughter has taken the self-defense course and really enjoys her kickboxing classes. My son has become a stronger, faster runner through training and has made so many new friends in the Bad Boys junior program. To say that we love this place is an understatement! :)
