Absolutely love this gym! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I've only been here for about 2+ months. The coaches and everyone there are genuinely some of the friendliest, most humble people you’ll ever meet. They’re incredibly patient (perfect for beginners or anyone coming back to training) and make you feel welcome from day one. Il The atmosphere is electric but never intimidating – just pure good vibes and hard work. I’m officially obsessed and count down the days until my next session. If you’ve been thinking about trying Muay Thai, this is the spot!

Where to begin?! I once was lost, but now Im found? This is the only place in the city that Ive walked into that truly has NO EGO- all levels train at once, creating and inviting atmosphere where fighters, those there for fitness or those there for some self defense-all train and grow together. Coach Stan has not only the ability to bring greatness out in you, he helps guide members on and off the mats to help them acheive whatever goals they desire. The classes are fun, hard and truly put your body to the test, but in the best way. Open to mixed adult classes, womens only classes, kids classes and advanced classes, this place will make you love Muay Thai!

Windsor Thai Boxing is easily one of the best gyms I’ve trained at. The energy in the room is always powerful everyone shows up hungry to work, and it pushes you to level up every session. The coaches bring real knowledge, motivation, and passion, and they know exactly how to get the best out of you. What really sets this place apart is the team comradery. You feel welcomed from day one. People support each other, push each other, and celebrate each other’s progress. It’s the perfect mix of discipline, good vibes, and hard training. If you’re looking to improve your Muay Thai, conditioning, or just want a motivating environment with great people, Windsor Thai Boxing is the place to be. Highly recommend.

I never leave 1-star reviews, but after my experience here, I feel like I have no choice. I signed up for a 6-month membership (the only one available) and for the first 2 weeks everything seemed fine. Shortly after, the quality of the gym dropped dramatically. The coach basically stopped running and classes, and suddenly students were running the classes. The professionalism disappeared, time was often wasted as they didn’t know how to run the classes properly, and people stopped taking it seriously. Many times I genuinely felt like I should have stayed home and watched drills on YouTube instead of coming in. Classes also became overcrowded to the point where there wasn’t enough space for everyone to train safely or freely, I had to always check to make sure I wasn’t going to hit anyone or trip and fall backwards. The last “technique” class I attended was maybe 10% technique and 90% cardio. On top of that, it was a solo drill and your partner stood there counting how many times you punched the air, then we switched half way through the class. Both of us could have stayed home and counted it in our heads. I asked if I could cancel the membership or pay some kind of buyout fee since I am unhappy with the service and won’t be coming in anymore, that was denied. Extremely disappointing experience, especially after committing to a long-term membership of 6 months for $145/month.
