About

3P Boxing 247 offers mixed martial arts, boxing, and Muay Thai training in a facility that welcomes practitioners of all ages and skill levels. The gym provides comprehensive equipment and sells gloves and wraps for beginners who need to gear up. A notable feature is the 24/7 access pass, available for an additional fee, which accommodates members with non-traditional schedules, such as night workers seeking flexible training times. This makes the gym particularly accessible for those balancing demanding lifestyles with their fitness goals.

reviewsWhat Members Say

Members consistently praise the friendly, respectful coaches who learn names and work patiently with beginners and those with injuries, helping them improve their boxing skills and lose weight. Many appreciate the 24/7 access for flexible training and the supportive atmosphere that builds confidence. However, some express concerns about overcrowded classes, mixed-age training that limits advanced practice, and a band progression system based more on attendance than skill. Specific mentions include positive feedback for Coach Mike's direct teaching style and attentiveness, though one reviewer criticizes his use of sarcasm and belittling during sessions.

Been going to this gym for about a month and half now, and it’s been great. Very friendly coaches and people, friendly for beginners and people of all ages from young to old. Having had 4 different coaches from classes at different times, they all learn your name and treat you with respect and try to make you better as a boxer. Great equipment to use and they have gloves and wraps for you to buy if you dont have any to start with. The 247 pass is nice, you do have to pay extra for it but its worth it if you work nights and have a night off to just hit the gym for a bit. Ive had no regrets since I started and this place helps me keep improving.

I joined 3P Boxing with no experience and was nervous at first, but soon realized that I didn't have to be, because all of the coaches are nice and worked with me. They have patience and knowledge to help. 3P Boxing is very accommodating as well. If you have limitations due injuries and other things the coaches will work with you and will not push you pass your limitations. 3P Boxing is a great way to lose weight as well. I have only started a few months ago and have already lost about 10lbs. I would recommend 3P Boxing to anyone.

This gym has been a wonderful experience for our granddaughter age 15 and grandson age 11. They absolutely love boxing and the coaching here. The staff are very attentive and Coach Mike is great to work with. Facilities are awesome and safe. I would recommend this gym for anyone interested in building self-esteem along with lifelong skills.

Coach Mike is a real one!! He will get you right and tell you right. This gym cares about the goals you have and teaches clearly how to get to those goals. If you have even an inch of interest in boxing this is the PERFECT gym for you because when you leave not only more in shape but with a skill that gives you confidence. Book sooner than later you won’t regret it

I wanted to like this gym, but overall my experience was disappointing. The owner, Mike, was consistently my least favorite coach. His teaching style relies heavily on sarcasm, belittling, and publicly embarrassing students during class. That may work for some people, but it’s not how effective coaching should be handled—especially in a paid, adult fitness environment. Classes are often overcrowded and feel more focused on volume than quality. Despite paying a premium monthly fee, a significant portion of class time is spent sparring with very young kids or complete beginners, with the expectation that more experienced members “coach” them. That isn’t why I’m there. I’m paying to be trained by professionals, not to train other paying customers. The mixed-age classes are a major issue. Having adults in their 30s and 40s training alongside 5–10 year olds severely limits what anyone can realistically learn or practice. Separate classes would greatly improve the experience for both groups. The band (color progression) system also feels meaningless. Advancement appears to be based largely on attendance rather than skill or ability. As a result, a child who’s been attending longer may outrank a highly skilled boxer who is new to the gym, which undermines the credibility of the program. To be fair, some of the other coaches were fine, but the overall structure and coaching philosophy overshadow any positives. At the end of the day, this is a business where customers are paying for instruction. The environment should reflect that. Based on my experience, I wouldn’t recommend 3P Boxing—there are better, more professional fitness and boxing options available.
