Coming from a well traveled professional fighter who came as a visitor to spar for one day to fast forwarding five years later as a member. I can say based off over 15 years of traveling and training in many gyms. It starts with the owners and the trainers. Daleco and Maurice both own and operate hands on and go above and beyond as trainers. Cultivating a welcoming gym environment easing the intimidating experience for those just starting there fitness journeys. While providing a no nonsense expertise done with integrity. They definitely created something special at Wurk gym. A true diamond in the rough tucked in Hopkins MN

In this industry, referrals matter. I've been in the corner with Coach Daleco and have seen firsthand the level he operates at. A true professional that genuinely invests in his people. The boxing program at Wurk is legit. The culture is legit. Andre is pretty cool too.

Excellent gym with top tier trainers. Boxing class is great and highly focused on building fundamentals first with no bs. Daleco is a great trainer and the results speak for themselves. If you go here and stay consistent you will improve your craft whether it be boxing, MMA, or just fitness.

What a great gym!!! From professional fighters down to hobists, all are welcome. I'm a retired boxer and mma fighter and I love Wurk!! Clean, nice and has everything you need to be a competitive fighter or to just learn a new skill and get in better shape

I’ve been training with Maurice 2-3 times a week for over a month. He’s incredibly positive (even when I’m not) and thoughtful about programming sessions around my past injuries. I feel stronger, appropriately challenged, and supported during and between sessions. He checks in regularly and genuinely cares about how I’m doing - and he somehow always manages to lift my mood with his relentless positivity. Greater trainer and an all-around fantastic human - highly recommend!
