This is the place! Amazing instructors and people that train there. The atmosphere is welcoming and enjoyable! If you are a beginner, novice, or experienced they treat you like one of the crew. Everyone takes time to help you learn, it’s also a great workout. Jiu-Jitsu and this academy helped me lose over 70 lbs. You just have to show up and Anthony and the team will help you inside and outside of the academy!

I recently made this my new home gym after moving away from my first gym. Joining a new gym can be a little nerve racking but I felt right at home almost immediately. The facility is very nice with plenty of mat space and showers. The coaches themselves are very knowledgeable and really take time to help you understand. Most importantly, The culture of the gym fosters growth while keeping people safe. Glad I found this place!

Anthony and his coaches have truly changed how my son interacts with peers and his world. Jiu Jitsu and wrestling with an incredible tough love/coaching has given so much confidence to a timid kid. I cannot say enough about this gym and its atmosphere. It’s a tucked away gem, growing as it should. Outside of traditional sport, this coaching has forever changed my sons confidence.

I found out last minute that I didn't have to work and showed up unannounced to train. Conner McCary welcomed me in and I had the time of my life for the next two hours! A beautiful gym and great people. The only place I would even think about training at if I lived around the Madison, MS area.
